A super-element approach for structural identification in time domain

摘要: For most time-domain identification methods, a complete measurement for unique identification results is required for structural responses. However, the number of transducers is commonly far less than the number of structural degrees of freedom (DOFs) in practical applications, and thus make the time-domain identification methods rarely feasible for practical systems. A super-element approach is proposed in this study to identify the structural parameters of a large-scale structure in the time domain. The most interesting feature of the proposed super-element approach is its divide-and-conquer ability, which can be applied to identify large-scale structures using a relatively small number of transducers. The super-element model used for time domain identification is first discussed in this study. Then a parameterization procedure based on the sensitivities of response forces is introduced to establish the identification equations of super-elements. Some principles are suggested on effective decomposing of the whole structure into super-elements for identification purposes. Numerical simulations are conducted at the end of this study. The numerical results show that all structural parameters can be identified using a relatively small number of transducers, and the computational time can also be greatly shortened.

一个基于混沌的分组密码算法的分析

摘要:

“基于混沌的分组密码置换网络的设计”一文提出的一个分组密码算法在已知明文攻击和唯密文攻击下都是很容易被破译的,而且在知道加密变换的条件下,很容易利用分割攻击方法求出该分组密码的密钥。此外,基于Logistic映射的混沌序列的相邻值之间的相互制约性,以及该混沌序列的前若干值对初值的低位比特不敏感。

reduces IgE binding ability of allergenic egg white proteins

Egg white proteins are one of the major allergens. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of Aspergillus oryzae cultivation on IgE binding ability of egg white proteins. Effect of A. oryzae on egg white proteins was determined using ninhydrin method, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, fluorescence FITC labeling, MALDI-TOF-MS and LC-MS/MS analysis. Adding mycelium of A. oryzae ATCC 1011 and 16868 substantially reduced the IgE binding ability of acidified egg white after 24 h incubation. The binding capacity of egg white proteins to IgE in plasma from four egg allergy patients was almost completely lost after incubation with mycelium of ATCC 16868. Results from SDS-PAGE, free amino acid analysis, MALDI-TOF-MS and LC-MS/MS indicated that there was no substantial protein degradation during incubation. Therefore, the reduction of IgE binding ability of egg white proteins during A. oryzae treatment was probably due to a loss of ~1700 Da mass including a fragment of the ovomucoid N terminus.

Filtration ability of hollow fiber membrane for production of magnesium ammonium phosphate crystals by

摘要: Relationship between magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) crystal properties and the filtration ability of hollow fiber membrane (HFM) were investigated. Phosphorus recovery process by crystallization has a problem that it produces a large amount of fine crystals. So improvement of the crystallization process by combining with filtration was discussed. MAP crystals were obtained by batch reaction crystallization and the filtration characteristics were investigated. The filtration was evaluated by the specific filtration resistance ( ) on HFM. Filtered slurry was prepared with each suspension density and crystal size distribution. The solution was filtered at constant pressure of 0.02 MPa and the filtration time on each filtrated volume was recorded. As a result, decreases exponentially with suspension density increasing from 0.25 g/L to 0.5 g/L and decreases moderately with suspension density increasing from 0.5 g/L to 1.5 g/L. of large crystals decreases exponentially at less suspension density than of small crystals does. Also, increases as the ratio of the fractured crystals increases.

一类弱非线性波浪数值模型及其适用性分析

摘要:

研究了一类含弱非线性的改进型Boussinesq水波方程,在非交错网格下,利用有限差分法建立了混合四阶Adams-Bashforth-Moulton的预报校正格式的波浪数值模型。在数值模型中,关于空间一阶导数差分格式采用四阶精度、二阶导数差分格式采用二阶精度。针对波浪的一维、二维传播变形问题进行了数值计算,并通过与相关实验结果对比分析考察了该数值模型的适用性。

优化输水方式提高三峡船闸通过能力措施研究

摘要: 探讨了三峡船闸四级运行方式下二闸首作为首级运行时一闸室水体波动特性;阐述了波动形成的机理,分析了二闸首阀门运行方式对一闸室波动的影响;提出了满足一闸室待闸安全要求的阀门开启方式;通过实船试验检验了一闸室待闸船舶停泊条件,总结了一闸室待闸调度方式。运行实践表明,三峡船闸完建期实行四级运行方式下,将下行船舶由靠船墩移至一闸室满闸室待闸,可提高船闸日均通过闸次近3个,通航效益明显。

3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-overoxidized polypyrrole composite films with enhanced electrocatalytic ability

摘要: In this study, a simple and effective method was proposed to improve the electrocatalytic ability of overoxidized poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-overoxidized polypyrrole composite films modified on glassy carbon electrode for rutin and luteolin determination. The composite electrode was prepared by cyclic voltammetry copolymerization with LiClO4-water as the supporting electrolyte. The peak current of rutin and luteolin on the composite electrode gradually decreased or even disappeared with the increase in the positive potential limit. After incubation in NaOH–ethanol solution with a volume ratio of 1:1, the composite electrodes prepared at positive potential limit greater than 1.5 V exhibited enhanced differential pulse voltammetry peak currents, reduced charge transfer resistance, larger effective specific surface area and higher electron transfer rate constant. The composite electrode prepared in the potential range of 0–1.7 V showed optimal electrocatalytic performance. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicated that the content of –SO2/–SO and –C=N– groups in the composite film increased significantly after incubation. Further, the Raman spectra and Fourier transform infrared spectra revealed that the thiophene ring structure changed from benzene-type to quinone-type, and the quinone-type pyrrole ring was formed. The electrocatalytic mechanism of the composite film was proposed based on the experimental results and further verified by Density Functional Theory calculation.

Fabrication of titania thin film with composite nanostructure and its ability to photodegrade rhodamine

摘要: A titania nanorod film was synthesized by direct oxidation of metallic Ti with hydrogen peroxide solution under a low temperature. Titania nanoparticles were then filled into the gaps among the nanorods through an infiltration sol-gel procedure to form a composite titania film with an ordered nanostructure. X-ray diffraction spectra indicate that the composite film was a mixture of anatase and rutile while the titania film obtained by only using a sol-gel procedure was pure anatase. Field emission scanning electron microscopy observations show that titania nanoparticles were embedded into the titania nanorod film. Photoluminescence spectra suggest the enhanced separation of electron and hole pairs for the obtained composite titania film over the corresponding titania nanorod film. The composite titania film exhibited improved ability to photodegrade rhodamine B in water compared with the titania nanorod film. The apparent photodegradation rate constant, fitting a pseudo-first-order, was 3 times of that obtained by the sol-gel derived titania film at the same weight. The improved photocatalytic activity for the composite titania film could be attributed to the enhanced separation of electron and hole pairs due to the embedding of the titania nanoparticles within the titania nanorods.

基于微笑曲线理论的中国建筑业核心竞争力研究

摘要:

建国以来,中国建筑业产值一直稳步提高,但低效率、低收益问题仍然没有得到解决。基于拓展服务领域、增加附加价值以提高我国建筑业核心竞争力的思路,从“广义的建筑业”和“广义的建设项目生命周期”出发,构建了建筑业的工程价值体系,并定义了相对附加经济价值这一概念。根据对目前我国建筑业现状的分析结果,研究了建设项目生命周期各个不同阶段附加价值的增值特点,做出了我国不同时期建筑业的微笑曲线,预测了我国建筑业未来的发展方向,最后探讨了提升我国建筑业核心竞争力的上、中、下游和整体发展战略。

Preparation of a permanent magnetic hypercrosslinked resin and assessment of its ability to remove organic

摘要: A rapid and effective method based on a novel permanent magnetic hypercrosslinked resin W150 was proposed for the removal of organic micropollutants in drinking water. W150 was prepared by suspension and post-crosslinking reaction and found to possess a high specific surface area of 1149.7 m ·g , a small particle size of 50 μm to 100 μm, and a saturation magnetization as high as 8 emu·g . W150 was used to eliminate nitrofurazone (NFZ) and oxytetracycline (OTC) from drinking water compared with commercial adsorbents XAD-4 and F400D. The adsorption kinetics of NFZ and OTC onto the three adsorbents well fitted the pseudo-second-order equation ( >0.972), and the adsorption isotherms were all well described by the Freundlich equation ( >0.851). Results showed that the reduction in adsorbent size and the enlargement in sorbent pores both accelerated adsorption. Moreover, the effect of particle size on adsorption was more significant than that of pore width. Given that the smallest particle size and the highest specific surface area were possessed by W150, it had the fastest adsorption kinetics and largest adsorption capacity for NFZ (180 mg·g ) and OTC (200 mg·g ). For the adsorbents with dominant micropores, the sorption of large-sized adsorbates decreased because of the inaccessible micropores. The solution pH and ionic strength also influenced adsorption.

基于动力学的大块金属玻璃形成能力研究

摘要:

快速判定大块金属玻璃(BMG)的玻璃形成能力(GFA)是开发新型BMG的关键。基于加和性原则,用动力学理论解释了约化玻璃转变温度Trg作为合金玻璃形成能力的可行性和局限性,为制备非晶合金提供了理论依据,合金能形成BMG的最低Trg为0.4066,同时找到了玻璃形成能力最佳的两个理论约化玻璃温度,即 Trg=1和Trg=0;提出了判定GFA大小及其稳定性的两个新的参量摩尔熔化热ΔHmg和稳定性CPS,并用它计算了BMG合金系的GFA大小及其稳定性,BMG的GFA大小顺序与井上明久(Inoue)的排列顺序吻合较好。同时,按照BMG合金Zmax和Rc的平均变化对其进行了检验,两者均吻合很好。ΔHmg的大小是一种快速评价BMG的GFA能力及其稳定性的好方法。

Simultaneous denitrifying phosphorus accumulation in a sequencing batch reactor

摘要: In order to achieve simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the biological treatment process, denitrifying phosphorus accumulation (DNPA) and its affecting factors were studied in a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) with synthetic wastewater. The results showed that when acetate was used as the sole carbon resource in the influent, the sludge acclimatized under anaerobic/aerobic operation had good phosphorus removal ability. Denitrifying phosphorus accumulation was observed soon when fed with nitrate instead of aeration following the anaerobic stage, which is a vital premise to DNPA. If DNPA sludge is fed with nitrate prior to the anaerobic stage, the DNPA would weaken or even disappear. At the high concentration of nitrate fed in the anoxic stage, the longer anoxic time needed, the better the DNPA was. Induced DNPA did not disappear even though an aerobic stage followed the anoxic stage, but the shorter the aerobic stage lasted, the higher the proportions of phosphorus removal via DNPA to total removal.

应对新冠病毒肺炎疫情的东西方分异 Article

截至2021年5月,西方国家每百万人口中新冠病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)死亡人数往往超过东方国家的100倍。本文中提及的西方国家是以美国和西欧地区5个人口最多的国家(法国、德国、意大利、西班牙和英国)为代表,东方国家是以作为《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)成员的东亚和大洋洲的15个国家(澳大利亚、文莱达鲁萨兰国、柬埔寨王国、中国、印度尼西亚、日本、韩国、老挝、马来西亚、缅甸、新西兰、菲律宾、新加坡、泰国和越南)为代表。本文认为,现有信息指明了造成东西方差异的最主要因素。到2020年1月初,中国武汉市发生非典型病毒性肺炎的预警促使东亚诸多司法管辖区迅速做出反应。2020年1月10日,病毒基因组的发布为进行诊断测试和开展疫苗研发提供了重要信息。2020年1月23日,中国武汉市封城,明确表明了这种新疾病的危险性。截至2020年3月下旬,中国新冠肺炎疫情已经得到全面控制,而其他的RCEP成员国也已提早采取了果断措施(包括限制出行),从而避免了严重的结局。在2020年2月这一关键时期,美国和其他一些西方国家的不作为导致新冠肺炎的肆虐和传播。东西方国家都广泛实施了严格的全民非药物干预措施,社会、经济和教育系统都付出了巨大的代价。如果没有采取这些措施,结局可能会更糟。大多数东方国家还实施了严格的集中政策,对感染者进行集中隔离。然而,即使在今天,大多数西方国家仍然允许感染者与其家人、同事和社区居民交往。东西方之间的差异在很大程度上是由于西方国家未能及早实施基本公共卫生政策。一些RCEP成员国及高收入国家进行广泛的免疫接种,疫情很快减轻。然而,低收入国家的疫苗推出缓慢,导致在结局上全球南北方差异正逐渐取代东西方差异。因此,南方国家正在取代西方国家,成为更危险病毒变种的滋生地。例如,具有高度传染性的德尔塔(Delta)变种,可能会削弱迄今为止在很多国家中取得成功的控制策略的效果。

Breeding for pre-harvest sprouting resistance in bread wheat under rainfed conditions

摘要: Pre-harvest sprouting in wheat is the germination of seeds within the spikes when rains occur after or during grain ripening, which occurs commonly in the barani tract of Pakistan. Therefore, 10 cultivars and five advanced lines of spring bread wheat were evaluated for pre-harvest sprouting resistance. After natural rainfall, seeds were immediately collected from the wet spikes and tested for germinating ability. Three different germination tests were applied to hand-threshed seed: (1) spikes threshed on the day of sampling and germination tested immediately, (2) spikes threshed on the day of sampling and germination tested 1 week later, and (3) spikes threshed 1 week after sampling and germination test immediately after threshing. Seeds and spikes kept for 1 week were place on blotting paper at room temperature. Cultivars BARS-09, 09FJ17, Doukkala-12, NARC-09 and Ouassou-20 exhibited higher sprouting resistance while other genotypes were susceptible to pre-harvest sprouting in each of the three tests. A diallel crossing was conducted with six susceptible and two resistant genotypes to assess the genetic behavior of pre-harvest sprouting resistance. The combining ability (CA) demonstrated a higher proportion of additive genetic effects for sprouting resistance, because of higher variance of general and specific CA for both parameters under study. Doukkala-12 and BARS-09 showed increased pre-harvest sprouting resistance in their F descendants.
